I watched this mink for a while. Twice I saw it swim out maybe 15 feet from shore. Each time it then disappeared underwater for a minute or so. The first time it reappeared with a crayfish, and the second time with a "real" fish.

I'm (slowly!) learning Photoshop. Here's a before and after of a photo I took in Italy. (Click an image to see larger versions.) Not a huge difference, but I think the "after" photo has a bit more presence and definition.

And quite a few inquisitive seals popped up and eyed us (from a distance), but I didn't get any good photos of them.
